We all, at times, need someone who can see us and guide us through the maze of the mind and the heart. During these sessions we gradually move through the root cause of your questions. We will practise expansion via exercises and homework, and create a safe place for you to let go off what you might need to let go off, in order to be free.

We will start with an intake conversation. This will tell us if we are a match. If so, we will book our first few sessions in and work on building your personnalized trajectory.

One on one session: 95,- 60/90 min.

Couple session: 220,- 120 min.

50% - 48h before session.

During these master classes, I will guide you in themes and topics relevant to spiritual awakening. The approach might seem more human, then divine, but don't let this fool you. One of the most important tools we have is the ability to change our mind. During these master classes, I will try to challenge yours. This will ultimately lead you to more freedom and joy in life. Because when we learn how to let go and dive deeper into our own constrictions and limiting beliefs, we will cultivate autonomy and freedom in a whole new way.

There is a particular kind of magic that occurs when a group of like minded people come together. The way we can create a safe place to hold each other accountable with the utmost respect, is a gate to healing.

People have shared with me their reservations to step into a group.

This in understandable, it takes courage to be vulnerable and open with people that you might not know yet. To these reservations I usually say; life is group process, and connecting in this way is a deep healing on a level that can only be reached in a group. And also, you are not alone, I am right there with you.
