Connected communication 1-Day Class

Imagine being able to understand clearly what someone else is trying to say.

And now imagine being completely understood by someone else.

This would safe us a lot of late night angry texting, and yelling in the living room.

Most of the conflict we have with the people around us are based in reactive communication. Out of old wounds we have the tendency to respond out of a defencemechanisme.

Now it’s one thing that we have to navigate the awareness of our own behaviour, when we are communicating with world around us.

But it becomes a whole other game, to know that there are different communicationstyles that we are programmed to function out of.

Many different studies back up the theory of having different groups of preferred styles to communicate in.

I gave them names I felt suited them.

  • The non stopper.

  • The efficient one.

  • The caring one.

  • The detailed one.

These 4 different communicationstyles have their own specific way to communicate in their lives. They have specific situations they bloom in and situations they want to hide from. We can say now that these styles are a perfect combination of nature/nurture. There is a natural prefrence and taught behaviour.

Now imagine your style is the non stopper, and your partner has a detailed style, im sure you can imagine that this would create friction.

This day is all about learning the difference in styles and learning how to speak the other styles.

These styles must be seen as different languages, now imagine speaking all these languages. This will make every kind relationship flow easier and with much more space for each other.

A great class for couples and other, who want to deeper their communicationskills. For people who want to lear how to speak different languages to help make their relationships grow. For people who want to understand themselves deeper.
